Do I Need To Have A Certain Level
 Of Fitness To Attend The Event? 

No. This is not a SEALFIT “fitness event”... this is an Unbeatable Mind training event! 

To help you embody Unbeatable Mind at a deep level, there will be two optional Kokoro Yoga sessions with Mark and there will be other movement and breathwork mixed into the event. 

However, all movement, exercises, and breathwork are optional and can be bypassed altogether, or you can adjust them to your current level of fitness or mobility. 

Of course, if you have a health condition, please check with your doctor before you participate in any physical movement or breathwork.

Richard has been a U.S. Navy SEAL, coach of the NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers, and worked on a Personal Security Detail for one of the wealthiest families in the world. As a SEALFIT Coach and Event Lead, he has had the pleasure of transforming individuals and teams through our World-Renowned SEALFIT and Sheepdog Crucible Events. Mark Crampton
Mark served 27 years active duty in Naval Special Warfare, during which time he held multiple leadership positions. He completed 10 deployments throughout Southeast and Southwest Asia, one deployment to Afghanistan and two deployments to Iraq. He earned two Bronze Star Medals, one with Combat “V” Distinguishing Device, multiple personal and campaign medals, and two Combat Action Ribbons. Mark served as Lead Instructor and assisted in the development of the Leading Petty Officer and Platoon Leading Petty Officer Courses at the Naval Special Warfare Center, Coronado, CA (BUD/S). As Education Program Specialist, he trained and qualified over 500 new instructors, with another 300 continuing on to become Master Training Specialists. He is a SEALFIT instructor for public crucibles and Unbeatable Teams Company training.
Dr. Lara Pence
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Pence has spent the last fifteen years working with individuals as they peel back the layers of their outer shell, cast aside the unhealthy patterns, and begin to build a new, more resilient and adventurous sense of self. Her work with professional athletes, successful business owners, and entrepreneurs has helped them move away from comparison and self-loathing and towards connection and self-investment. Dr. Pence is also the Chief Mind Doc for SPARTAN, the world’s leading endurance company, and hosts the Spartan Mind podcast. She has been featured in various publications and media outlets such as Good Morning America, the BBC, Glamour, Vogue, WebMD, Psychology Today, and The Huffington Post. 
Dr. Leila Kirdani
Leila Kirdani, M.D. is board-certified in both metabolic medicine and family practice. She graduated from SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 1991 and went on to obtain board certification in family medicine after completing her residency at York Hospital, PA. Dr. Kirdani moved to Rochester, NY in 1997 to complete a fellowship in family systems which allowed her to explore her interests in family therapy and biopsychosocial medicine.

She practiced traditional family medicine for fifteen years before completing a fellowship through the Metabolic Medicine Institute. This additional training has allowed Dr. Kirdani to integrate her love of more natural medicine with her traditional medical background to provide her patients with cutting edge health care.
Jason Redman
During his 21-year Navy career, Retired Navy SEAL Lieutenant and New York Times bestselling author Jason Redman led teams in combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. In 2007, LT. The hours below are Pacific (California Time). 

Friday Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time
Saturday Hours: 7 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time
Sunday Hours: 7 AM to 3 PM Pacific Time

It’s best to participate live as much as possible. However, if you miss something, you’ll get all the event recordings after the event. And you’ll have access to the recordings for an entire year!

Yes, we’ll have a short lunch break each day and other quick breaks throughout the day. Lunch will be approximately 12 noon each day - but may start a bit later if our morning sessions run long.
